The interview started with a phone screening. After that there was an I person panel interview. It was very casual and was not intimidating. I met with designers and engineers and was shown the work that would be completed. I was told about the history of the company. I also had to complete a CAD test to make sure I knew how to use AutoCAD. It was a great interview.
