Attending three separate interviews/calls, HR screening first, then 2 interviews with employees. Was able to do it all over the phone. Pretty laid back and fairly easy questions. Was definitely more of a discussion

I had a great experience interviewing at POWER engineers. I went in person to their office and spoke with several members of their team for just under an hour. Pleasant team and nice office space.

Colloquio
Initial screening with HR through series of questions by email, followed by a 30 minutes phone call and lastly a 1.5 hours zoom interview because of COVID-19. It was fun, very open minded and warm. I was actually offered a higher position other than the one I applied for because of my qualifications and experience. Nice experience overall. I recommend this company to anyone interested.
