It was a multi-interview process. The first interview was a general interview with a recruiter. The next interview was with two managers. It lasted an hour, 30 minutes to interview with each manager.

Somewhat impersonal. The interview consisted of individual 45-minute sessions with three different group leaders. Each session solely consisted of the interviewer reading questions from a packet and recording your answer. Answers were expected to be given in clear STAR format. Questions were all largely behavioral in nature. After the last session, a brief tour of the relevant facilities was given.
