Telephone interview, followed by 1st stage face to face interview and a competency test, 2nd stage interview which was to have included a short prepared discussion piece. The telephone interview was straight forward enough and really related to asking questions regarding my understanding of the role and my motivation. The 1st face to face, there was a panel of interviewers, the HR resprestative asked me the same question, relating to my salary expectations on 3 separate occasions but other than that the competency based questions were easy and predictable enough. The test was quite straight forward Numerical and Written reasoning. No communication has been received since this initial interview, not even a standard thanks but no thanks?
