Interview was four hours long. Talked with eight people. It was exhausting and stressful. After this initial interview did second interview via phone with dept VP. This was challenging due to lack of face to face contact.

None, was well prepared. Questions asked were in line with job requirements, mgmt style and industry knowledge.

First I had interview with HR manger I cleared it. Later I had telephonic interview with onshore manager. Next day I got call informing that I gave cleared both the rounds and on phone they communicated the offer and said once the get approval they will send the offer letter. After 3 weeks of follow up I haven't received my offer letter and they haven't responded to my email.
