I met with four people. Two were top managers / scientists and one was a mid-level manager. Everyone was extremely nice. There was time to have regular question and answer sessions with all interviewers but there were mandatory past situational questions to be answered.

Very straightforward and quick - applied through the PPD website, got an email from a recruiter within 2 weeks, did a 15 minute phone interview, a 1 hour interview with two team members, and got offered the job a week later.

It was different kind of interview . Mainly based on situational based questions .. had good experience facing PPD interview ... Talent acquisition team were so supportive. Main thing is they reply even if you are selected or rejected unlike other companies
