Initial Phone screen with recruiter. Then had a phone screen with a hiring manager. They did not move forward with me. A year later, I again applied and was called for an in-person interview and was offered the job in a day.

I was given a scenario and asked to do a presentation on how I would handle the situation. Then for about half an hour, a lot of questions were based on my assumptions about the scenario and the way I explained how i would handle the situation. Then for another half an hour a lot of STAR questions were asked and in the end I was given an opportunity to ask questions. Overall the interview time was around 2 hours.
PPD conducts a panel interview for the project manager role with a couple different managers, organized at the same time. The interview is completed virtually. I put my camera on.
A bit vague when answer questions about company health and turnover. Interview was straightforward outside of that. General questions will be asked and be prepared with real life examples of problems and how to solve them.
Interview process consisted of two separate interviews. First interview was with one Director and was what one would expect from a typical interview. Called for second interview consisting of scenarios with two Directors.
