Three stage interview over a two day period conducted by the Production Supervisor, Department Supervisor and the Site Manager.During the interview with the Production Supervisor I introduced myself and covered the Job I applied for, gave him my resume, gave him a detailed explanation of my skills and qualifications to perform the job ,asked about and discussed monthly production quota's, general expectations, daily Responsibilities, the company's five year plan, company history and my expierience level in that job field.The ability to present yourself without the production supervisor prompting the discussion seemed nescesarry.The Department Supervisor also seemed to take into account and observe initiative.During the interview with the Site Manager i was asked in-depth questions about my Job History *Hire Decisions are made by the Site Manager*
