Phone interview, questions are abstract and indirect, but good quality. They ask you about behavioral questions like "what would you do if..." or "What do you think is the good quality of leadership" or "How do you work with people from different cultures".

Basic questions about schooling. Also questions such as “name a time when you overcame a challenge”, and questions along those lines. Very brief, only took about 30 minutes. Interviewed with three employees at once.

Started off by asking what you know about the company, then gave a basic overview of what the company actually does. Also asked to describe previous experience and courses taken. Then 3 behavioral interview questions were asked. Overall the interview was not very technical in nature, definitely more behavioral based. The interviewers frequently asked if I had any questions so make sure you have questions prepared.
