got the interview opportunity through career center. The company is recruiting interns for upcoming summer from college. First stage an HR manager and an executive interviewed me. basic questions, mostly behavioral questions. After you pass the first interview. They invited me to their office for a second interview. face 5 people from the company leadership.
Pretty friendly and informal atmosphere on the first phone call. Recruiter’s aim is to try to understand the candidate, why they are applying to the job and what their goals are for their career
Very relationally focused. Standard phone screening, first interview with talent acquisition staff, and second interview with a manager. The turn around time was about 2 weeks - extremely quick for a position like this!
