I applied online and was asked come in for an in person interview within a week. I interviewed with HR, then was asked to come back to meet with the Production manager the following week. Standard interview process and typical working conditions for a commercial printer. There were no Covid protections in place except for a bottle of hand sanitizer at the front desk. No one in the office was wearing a mask. Then I was ghosted. Not even a standard rejection email.
