The interview process was one of the best I have been through. There was a phone screen first, and then a 5 hour interview onsite. It sounds like a long time, but the folks I spoke with were very nice. If I got stuck along the way, they helped me out. The interview was as much about "Can we work with this person" as it was about "Does this person know their stuff". They were easy to talk to and I believe they would have been a great team to work with. I was bummed I didn't get the job.
