Series of individual calls (remote). Discussion about employment history, relevance to position, proof of skills. Nothing abnormal, except everyone (literally: EVERYONE) was a super person to meet. Recruiter was the first screen, then manager, 2nd line manager, peer, business leader, and peer outside of field.
