Stage 1: Online Assessment (4 tests)
Stage 2: Face-to-Face Assessment (Writing Task, Group Discussion, Individual Presentation, One-to-one Interview) all in one day
Writing task, group discussion, and individual presentation were all based on the same theme/topic. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and enough mobile data, as WiFi was not provided during the assessment. Was allowed to search for points and references for the writing task and presentation, but the time given is quite limited, so need to think quickly and manage the time well. Interview session was quite straightforward.
Final Stage (Short Session 30-45 minutes only with other candidates)
There were 4–5 Kahoot questions to test critical thinking skills (it's a math question so train your mental arithmetic because you need to answer them fastt), followed by an activity where candidates had to state 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses using only one word each. Once another candidate used a word, it could not be repeated, so avoid overly common answers and prepare unique traits beforehand. Understanding personality or answering MBTI questions may help to prepare better responses.
Overall tip: Be confident, communicate clearly, and avoid too many fillers like “um” or “uh" during the last stage.
