After filling out online app was contacted via email for a open house interview session. Was given a job description of all. broke into groups and given a number on a name tag,,spoke for 1 min about ourselves and answered a list of questions in front of other candidates and 4 inflight recruiters taking notes. was later placed on a face to face interview same day and either offered a job offer or told would hear later.
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
