Candidates are advised to arrive before 7:30am. Some candidates arrived as 1:00am. Open interviews were held in Charlotte, N.C. Please make sure you dress the part. Candidates who were not dressed as flight attendants were over looked and not considered.
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
