The PSA Airlines interview process starts with an online application, followed by a video interview. Successful candidates are then invited to in-person group and individual interviews. Offers are emailed after the interviews.

Can you tell me about a time you made a mistake at work and how you took ownership to correct it? What steps did you take, and what did you learn from the experience
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
