I applied, got a virtual interview that consisted of maybe 4 or 5 questions, I then had a f2f in Charlotte NC where they only had a group of 4 people in TOTAL show up. They mentioned it’s normally about 15-30 people… so the 4 of us met the recruiters, showed them our passports, they had a presentation, they had us get up and walk in the middle aisle, read out loud a piece of paper, and tell them about ourselves. The recruiters gave us a couple breaks then they asked us each I believe 2 or 3 questions in the group. After that, we all separately went to a 1 on 1 with a recruiter at the same time. And then we were done for the day. We were there maybe an hour or two

What is an accomplishment you’ve had in a professional setting?
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
