Very informal -- had one phone screen with HR asking me what my desired pay was. Had a follow up with a lead on the project I would be working at. Didn't ask me about my experience or education, just general questions to see if I did any research on the position at all.

Mine was a panel interview questions are more about my knowledge about the industry standards and checking of my experiences. Next interview was all already about the JO.
