It went smoothly, basic interview question. Situational questions. The recruiter was friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain the position and expectations. They also send a video of live calls so that you can get a feel for the position.

Applied online. Had a phone interview with an HR rep about 2 weeks later, and scheduled an interview with 2 supervisors a week later. Very professional, comfortable interview, discussing previous jobs, questions about call center environments, and questions about the company. Very nice people who went over the entire job in detail, expectations, pay/ vacation, and answered all the questions I had. About a week later I was offered the position.
Easy questions, not many situational, friendly but this was before Covid. Be friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, they hire most people, come prepared knowing about the company PSCU and they will be impressed.
