I applied online. I was then asked to do a HireVue. Then I was told out of nowhere to come in on the given date. I had no choice on the time and date despite living 500 miles away and was told 3 days prior. I showed up and no one opens the door. It wasn't until someone came out that I can go into the building. The interview went well and was easy however I was still rejected 3 weeks after despite being told it would take 1-2 weeks. HR is never responsive and i suspect is overworked.

In person meet and greet then as behavioral questions then technical questions. The interview questions was easy but my nerves kicked in so I didn’t do as well as I was supposed to.

Straight forward STAR method questions. If your confident in yourself and interviews don’t make you nervous you’ll be perfectly fine. As someone who gets anxiety in interviews, the two people were very patient and kind. Haven’t heard back in a while so Im assuming I got ghosted unfortunately.

It was a video interview. And the interview questions were all STAR base questions. They asked me four question. It was mainly situational questions and they gave you time to answer all of them.
