Applied online at their career site. Didn't hear anything for a few months. Was emailed to set up time for on site interview. Interview was in Newark. Two interviewers and all questions were behavioral. Very casual and relaxed

interview process was simple and easy. 2 process for Interview. First was digital, there were 5 questions and they were pretty easy, took me 5-10 minutes to complete those questions. If you pass these the. its face to face interview at PSEG office at Newark. This interview was STAR based.

Followed the STAR format. 90% of the somewhat difficult questions where the STAR ones.
Situation Task Action Result (STAR). They had to fill out basically an entire packet as you spoke which was the intimidating part of it.
