100% behavioral questions related to handling difficult people and situations - - all answered to emotionless blank stares on panel on Zoom! Dodged a bullet. With these questions, do they really expect you to go back in time in a 20 year and have such recall? Would be better asking, "Tell us what you would do, etc."
