I applied online after seeing the job on indeed. There process began with Hr sending me some basic screening questions, and then I was set up for an interview with 3 people. That went well and I was called back 2.5 weeks later for a meeting with my manager. The ofer came about a week later, and I accepted after counteroffering for 6 thousand dollars more and year one vacation.

I got the interview through a staffing agency. It was a pretty straight forward easy interview by my manager with typical interview questions. The manager that I interviewed with spoke a lot. He probably spoke more than I did. This was helpful since I kind of knew what he was looking for and I answered my questions accordingly. The position did require excel knowledge and I was asked questions in regards to it.
