Tbh felt inadequate as I possessed no formal film related degree, self taught premiere and other programs through YouTube, etc. Met with one of owners and I believe a business partner and both these guys were so down to earth, I felt comfortable and was able to sell myself, saying I’d work for free initially so they had a chance to evaluate me at no expense. Later I heard this confidence was huge in decision to bring me on.
