It took a few weeks over the Christmas holiday period so the delays worked for me actually. My interviews were in-depth and thorough but fair. I interviewed first with HR and then with 2 different managers.

As a CRA, on site, what documents would I expect to review and what ones would I retrieve.

I had a 30 minute phone interview with an internal recruiter. Then had a 1 hour long video interview, panel style. Interview was situational/behavioral focused, as well as experience focused.
