I recently interviewed with PSPDFKit, and the process was disappointing. What was labeled as an "introductory round" quickly became a technical grilling without prior notice. This unexpected shift felt unprofessional and left me unprepared.
I recommend clarifying their interview stages to ensure candidates know what to expect. This would make the process fairer and more respectful of candidates’ time and preparation.
