It was a 30 minute virtual interview. The interviewer was kind and personable. Since it is an entry level position, interviewer asked about college experience. They sent an email in the following week about whether I was selected for the next interview.

I recently applied for a position and was contacted by a PURE talent acquisition specialist to schedule a phone interview. Unfortunately, when the scheduled time arrived, I never received a call, and despite my efforts to follow up, there was no response. This lack of communication felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. After further research, I came across concerning reviews from employees, many of whom reported being overworked and underpaid, particularly in member advocate roles. Given the company’s 67% rating on Glassdoor, I now see this experience as a blessing in disguise.

The interview questions were about my past experiences with other jobs I’ve had. Most of the people I interviewed with were from the Arizona office which is the one I wanted to be in.

The first step was doing an interview where a question was asked and you recorded your answer. The secondary interview involved meeting with a manager over the phone. Last step in the interview process was super day. It was a great experience getting to meet the different staff throughout the claims department.
