I spoke with a high ranking VP then was invited to a super day with 5 rounds. Everyone was super nice and the questions were almost exclusively behavioral. Initially, I was in the running for underwriting jobs and later expressed that I was interested in product analyst positions. The HR team was super flexible about the change and I had an additional interview after the super day.

Professional and straight forward. Everyone was really helpful and communicative. The recruiter was transparent about the process and really responsive. The great company culture shows and is impressive. Great company to work with.
1) Phone Screen with HR (30 minutes)
2) Conversation with Hiring Manager (30 minutes)
Both people I spoke to were very friendly and laid back. Asked questions were about my resume, experiences, and various behavioral questions. I thought the second step of the process went well, but I ended up not moving forward nonetheless.
