I had a very bad experience here, I feel like they did not respect me, I definitely DO NOT recommend applying here unless you don't mind being ghosted after doing multiple interviews. The process started very promising. I applied and the same day I get a call and an invite to have an interview at their office the next day. Great interview, I felt a very good connection with what would be my manager and he introduced me to the rest of the team and everything was looking good. 2nd interview scheduled for the week after with the HR manager. Before the 2nd interview I had a quick conversation with the hiring manager and he told me to call him after the interview to debrief. I thought that was a good idea. The 2nd interview didn't go as well as the first but wasn't bad by any definition. She told me they were interviewing other candidates as well and they would let me know the next day. This was 3 weeks ago, in the meantime i have called like 7-8 times send a text message and and email and till this day i havent heard ANYTHING. It really sucks when you put time and effort into something & they dont even have the decency to let you know they are not gonna hire you. I feel like that the least you could do when someone has invested over 3 hours in your office talking about a potential job there. I can totally understand if there was a better match with another candidate but to completely ghost me is total disrespect and says a lot about how a company goes about their business in my opinion.
