Although the interview process took a few weeks, it was otherwise fairly smooth. Started with a standard recruiter screen, then interviews with direct manager, department head and cross-functional partner, with an assessment in between. Final interview was a panel, offer came in the next week.
Overall okay. HRs scrambling, but atleast they set things up, no responses on emails. Seemed like they are under pressure. Multiple rounds of interview. Mainly technical to your area of expertise deep dive to find fit for role.

Interview process was as expected.
My case was unique as it wasn’t just several days of interviews. The entire temp experience was a interview/ observation. The temp position Provide my direct supervisor as well as cross functional partners to evaluate my knowledge, working style, work ethic and ability to succeed .
