It was a 2 levels of interview. One was telephonic and another was face to face. Great conversation between the interviewer and me (interviewee). I was asked about myself, means my skills, experience and qualification. The interviewer asked me to rate about myself. I have rated 7/10. He tested how confident and smart in the HR work.
