I was contacted by a recruiter who set up a phone screen with HR. After that HR requested I complete an assessment online. After that I attended an on-site interview with the engineering manager. He was nice enough but it was honestly the most uncomfortable interview I've ever attended. I can say it was most definitely the only job interview I've ever had where the words Christianity, minister, worship and prayer have ever come up. I am also 100% positive it's the only interview at which I've been asked how comfortable I am with Mexicans. In both instances, it was abundantly clear that he was told to cover those topics because he was getting all tongue-tied and unsure of his words as if trying to remember how he was told to phrase things as if doing a legal speak word dance. Other than that, the onsite interview was about 50% technical questions and 50% behavioral questions. Lastly, we toured the plant before wrapping up. It was the first time I ever left an interview hoping not to be called. The whole process took roughly three weeks. They don't drag out the application process (in my experience). As I said, he was not at all mean or unpleasant, but it was just the epitome of odd and uncomfortable for me.

HR phoned and scheduled interview for date, gave no details about position, I later researched to find out job description as I didn’t directly apply for this position. Arrived to interview. Took me into a office to interview with 3 department manger. Lasted 1 hour. Gave me a math test which had Account Manager test on front, which I didn’t know about in advance.
