      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Pacaso nel mese di feb 2025

      What a ham handed, clunky joke of a process and company! Initial screener demands multiple times times to meet... OK, Then shows up more than slightly late to the call... Then, rushes through the call, avoiding all questions about their experience with the organization, refuses to articulate the VISION, MISSION, or high-level value prop. of the organization! I thought I was dreaming... Clear indicator of a toxic organization, with weak leadership. HR / Internal Recruiters need to be able to articulate the values of the org. This was hands down the most ridiculous screening call I have ever experienced. Odd to see that they respond to some of the negative experiences on here... LOL Pacaso... Guys... Get clear on your why, build some self-awareness and be open to thoughtful folks... We will make your company better if you have the courage to embrace...
