Did a zoom meeting about 2 days after I applied. They hired me directly out of college. Seemed desperate but not a terrible place for entry level. Interview was pretty easy and casual.
The interview took place with a lab manager. The interview was held in a relatively relaxed environment with relevant questions that mostly were about my experience, skills, education, and abilities.
