It was a panel interview with different department supervisors. The panel were people in departments needing scientists, Each supervisor asks department specific questions to see if the applicant was a good fit for that they worked on,

Did a zoom meeting about 2 days after I applied. They hired me directly out of college. Seemed desperate but not a terrible place for entry level. Interview was pretty easy and casual.
