It was a group interview that lasted for about 30 minutes. There is a specific format they want you to follow, answer the questions a certain way by giving the situation or task, the actions you took, and the results, which was difficult and constricted what I could share about past experiences. The interviewers read from sheets of paper and took turns asking questions, making infrequent eye contact. The interview felt very impersonal and wasn't a very enjoyable experience. Also, there were some odd questions, like "How do you drive safe?" I understand that they're trying to promote a culture of safety but I'm not sure what insight was gleaned from such a generic question.
