Submitted application waited two weeks and received a message from HR. that she wanted to schedule a phone interview. When she called back instead of scheduling the phone interview we had it right there. She was nice and asked questions regarding pay, past experience and the reason why I chose PGE. She stated I would hear something within a week. After two weeks I heard back and was scheduled an interview. I met with three of the department representatives. They had questions already prepared and often strayed asking other questions. The questions that were not prepared was not easily interpreted or clearly explained. I was told I would hear back within a week and three weeks later I received an email stating that I was over qualified and that they chose someone within their parameters
