Went through several interviews with different people and also had to record videos answering interview questions. Everyone I spoke with was very nice but it was a very time consuming process that took several hours out of my current jobs workdays. In the end, I found out they went with someone internal and were just wasting my time.

There are multiple rounds of interviews with people at different levels. Same or similar questions in each interview. Time to ask questions and get information about the role and organization.
