HR initial interview Live coding session Culture fit interview The HR representative was very nice and warming which made me excited about the company. The code session however was awkward, the developers barely introduced themselves before heading to the problem and I felt like they made no effort to make me feel comfortable. The culture interview was a total shift from that, people were communicative and welcoming, they asked me behavioral questions related to the company's values.
