I am dismayed to read this. I can understand how the emphasis on a work hard, play hard culture may be interpreted, but I assure you the working conditions described are completely inaccurate. Yes, our employees are expected to deliver upon their forecasted results, however they are not expected to work twelve hour days without a lunchbreak. We have a large kitchen space in addition to multiple break out areas throughout the office so people can enjoy lunch at their leisure. In an effort to escalate their careers and progress, Consultants will frequently choose to get a head start in the morning or stay past standard hours of operation in order to properly plan for the next day. These are not rigorous rules enforced by management, but instead examples of how our motivated employees take initiative and work proactively. PageGroup’s rules and practices are stringent, however, when it comes to the proper treatment of our employees.
