      Colloquio

      Applied online, scheduled an interview a week in advance. Morning of interview, my interview got rescheduled to next week with a hasty message with typos. On the day of the rescheduled interview, recruiter didn't show up to the interview until I sent a message after waiting on the call for 5 min. Recruiter didn't have the job description so it took her a while to orient herself, the interview didn't start until over 10 minutes into the allotted time. (Of 30 min total) Recruiter overall seemed distracted, asked the same question twice. Didn't give me any chance to ask questions. I got the impression there was something off, maybe the role was already filled or put on hold. It was very unprofessional and I felt like my time was not valued. I prepare for my interviews and it's demoralizing when the recruiter is not showing the minimum professionalism of being on time and knowing what the position is. It's ok if the position is filled, it's ok to reschedule or cancel interviews, it happens, but I still expect a professional approach. The way the interview was handled was quite disappointing and gave me a negative impression.

      Colloquio

      Started with a screen interview with recruiter followed by a screen interview with a Director. The first interview was very informal and no hard questions made. Second interview was more technical and with focus on people management.
