I was scheduled for an interview, which never took place. I woke up early for our pre agreed meeting time but right before jumping on the call I texted with a hr person who asked me if a can drive. I don’t have a car (but can drive and get access to a car). The fact that I don’t own a car was enough for them to cancel my interview altogether. Honestly if that’s such a necessity for the job it should be made obvious before planning an interview and wasting anyone’s time.
