Colloquio
First step was a one on one with the Sales/Branch Manager. Real guy's guy. Super basic questions, what makes you the one I should hire? How resilient are you? How do you close? If you are cocky, confident, and don't back dOwn, you've got it in the bag.
Second interview was dinner with the execs. You have drinks, they chat with you. You bluster about, "i plan on making a million dollars and I know I can do it!" If you're confident, you win!
