The whole recruitment process took at least a month. I applied online and then got selected for assessment test, after 3 weeks they reached out to me for an interview

Stupid questions, nothing useful was asked. They asked the most basic questions, like brief your CV and things like CAPM and Beta. But nothing too technical as if they just want to get over with it. You can't even judge yourself if you did good or not as they barely asked any questions. Very Stupid.
