Applied Online, contacted by recruiter within the same week after solving a HackerRank challenge (medium difficulty). The recruiter was very helpful and kind, invited for phone interview. The interviewer was not paying attention to suggestions or potential approaches for the problem. He was busy on his computer and sporadically saying that everything was fine, with very bad tone. The question was relatively easy, although the experience was very bad. I would think twice+ before accepting an offer. Seems a very desirable place to work for, but certainly the company should train and select better their interviewers.
