First phone interview featured basic CS questions, asked by an engineer working in the debugging group who seemed friendly and engaged in his work. They forgot to call me for my second phone interview, the interviewer was not computer literate and blew through some basic brain teaser questions. I think the interviewer was from HR or a larger internship program, but they could not have been less interested in my interview. There were long bouts of silence after i answered questions, and i had to make sure they were still on the line. Then several days later I was rejected for the internship.
