Recruiter reached out and we had an initial call. Then had a technical screen a week later. Finally, there was a round of 3 interviews that were both technical and non-technical. One of my interviewers failed to fully explain the instructions to me, only to clarify 30 minutes in that I was supposed to be writing down everything I was telling him. Another of the interviewers interrupted me while I was coding the solution with a confusing optimization recommendation that he spent 15 minutes explaining out of the 20 minutes remaining in the interview.
