Was interviewed first by a head hunter and then by the boss. They were focused on getting the right profile and salary levels. Was not hard, but asked cases questions such as what would have you done on this situation.

Interview process well planned with clear qustion and detailing about the company and company policies. There were three people in the interview but no one from HR. However the technical interview questions were well distributed.
