10 individual interviews, ranging in length from 30 minutes to 1 hour. All had very different perspectives on what they expected from a new hire. All friendly, and the experience was positive. This company clearly expects only the highest quality due to the large number of people submitting resumes, they dont need to extend offers unless candidates are outstanding in their field
